I can easily say I have just received the best most magical facial at Ultra Medi Spa. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and special. Then feeling overwhelmed at what facial to choose, I was treated to a skin analysis and facial customised to my skin needs. Then the facial...OMG!!! The full 60 minutes included hands on treatments with beautiful products, massage and what felt like a heavenly trip of utter relaxation. I can not recommend enough!! Thanks so much 🥰

Fabulous service, lovely staff, great facilities: Jess greeted me warmly when I came in, I didn’t have to wait around behind the one other customer at the desk. I did not feel rushed or hurried at any point. The introductory video as a new client was clear, concise, and informative. The float pod was blissful, and I loved the selection of music available. Lovely shower in the room too, enabling me to have a longer session and break it up a little when I needed to. Thank you, Jess and Ultra Medi Spa

Ive had 2 treatments with Kelly now and i have to say she did a fantastic job. She took the time to ascertain exactly what i was wanting and it was flawlessly executed her job delivering what my skin needed. Great work Kelly xx

Fantastic experience with knowledgeable staff. Ultra Medi Spa were willing to accommodate my girls and myself at the same time for our first mother, daughter, daughter in-law pamper day. Not many establishments were willing to accommodate. Thank you Karen for a wonderful time and relaxing pamper experience. We will be back.
